摘要
水资源安全是国家安全与社会经济安全的重要内容之一。运用作用力与反作用力、正反馈与负反馈的逻辑思维,建立了水资源安全评价及预警指标体系,应用Vague集理论,对山西能源基地水资源安全进行了综合评价,并分析建立了水资源安全预警级别、标准及各个安全级别的阈值,对其水资源安全状态进行了识别与预警。
Water resources security is one of important contents of national security and social & economic security. Using the logical thinking of active force and counter force, positive and negative feedback, water resources security assessment and early warning indicator system is established. By application of vague set, water resources security of Shanxi energy sources base is evaluated. Early warning grade, standard and threshold of water resources security are analyzed and the security state and early warning Of water resources are identified.
