开滦林西矿等单位交换机改造为开滦集团公司贝尔交换机VRSU远端模块后,尽管其电话用户和集团公司中心局用户能使用相同的特服业务,但原来的特服业务不能正常使用。文中介绍了对贝尔交换机进行用户分组、创建新的呼叫源、调整相关任务单元等方法,保证其特服业务的正常使用。
