煤矽肺患者血清铜、锌、铁、镁、钙水平变化观察

摘要 目的:血清铜、锌、铁、镁、钙含量的变化与煤矽肺发生发展的关系及临床价值。方法:使用PE1100B型原子吸收分光光度计,检测49例(平均年龄69.65岁)各期单纯矽肺患者及50例健康老年人(平均年龄62.5岁),对照组血清铜、锌、铁、镁、钙5种元素的含量。结果:患者血清铜、铜/锌、及镁显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),血清锌、铁及钙含量与健康对照组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:煤矽肺患者血清铜及铜/锌上升,由于吸入SiO2的毒性作用,使肺泡巨噬细胞产生较多的过氧化物(如OH-、O-2等),促进机体合成较多的铜锌SOD,增强抗氧化功能,血清镁可能参与氧化与抗氧化过程中的自由能量转换。 Objective:Investigating the relationship between the changes of Cu 2+ ,Zn 2+ ,Fe 2+ ,Mg 2+ and Ca 2+ content in the serum of silicosis patients and relationship of occurrence and development of this disease,and investigating their clinical value.Methods:Using P E 1100 B atomic absorption spectrophotometer on a group of 49 cases (averaging 69.65 years old) of silicosis and on a control group of 50 healthy old man(averaging 62.5 years old).Results:Remarkably higher content of Cu 2+ ,Cu 2+ /Zn 2+ and Mg 2+ in the serum of silicosis patients can be accounted for by the fact that,due to the toxicity of the SiO 2 inhaled,the macrophages of alveoli pulmonum produce so much peroxide such as OH - and O - 2 as promotes formation of Cu 2+ /Zn 2+ SOD in great quantities and thus enhances the function of anti oxidation.In the process of oxidation and anti oxidation,Mg 2+ may probably participate in the conversion of free energy.
