The Matching Policies on the Transnational Business of China Petroleum Enterprises

石油企业跨国经营步伐正在加快,但我国石油企业跨国经营政策存在着审批繁琐、政治保险服务缺失、信息不畅等问题。国家必须进一步制定投资导向政策,完善跨国经营法律体系和联合投资机制,建立财税支持政策和海外投资金融保险体制,强化信息服务和外交支持。

The pace of transnational business of the petroleum enterprise is accelerating, but the complicated bureaucratic approval, the lack of political insurance services, impeded information as well as other problems are existing in the transnational business polices of China petroleum enterprise. The government has to build up a series of investment-oriented policies, perfect the law system of transnational business and joint investment mechanism, establish the policies fiscal charges support and the financial and insurance institutions of overseas investment, strengthen the information service and diplomatic support.
