The Solving-Pattern and Route Choice of Housing for Migrant Workers in Cities

农民工城镇住房问题是我国当前倍受关注的一个焦点,如何解决农民工城镇住房是令政府、社会和用人企业头疼的难题。文章在分析我国当前流行的几种住房解决模式的基础上,针对我国农民工自身特点,提出解决农民工城镇住房的路径选择:短期以廉租房为主、经济适用房为辅的模式;长期以经济适用房为主、廉租房为辅的模式。

How to solve the housing problem for migrant workers in urban has become a main focus in China nowadays, and it is also a big problem to the government, society and enterprises that hire these migrant workers. Based on the analysis of current solving-patterns, aiming at the Characteristics of migrant workers, two kinds of patterns are put forward： the first pattern, which focuses on short-term effect, considers low-rent housing as principal measure and low-cost housing as subsidiary measure form short-term object; the second pattern, which focuses on long-term effect, is contrary to the first one.
