上海金融创新试验区建设研究

On the Financial Innovation Research Area in Shanghai

文章从研究如何进一步认清当前和今后一个时期建设上海国际金融中心所面临的机遇和挑战,进一步发挥金融创新在上海国际金融中心建设中的作用,如何研究并发展金融创新、金融期货与商品期货产品设计、加大力度吸引与培养高级金融服务人才,如何进一步推进国际金融中心软环境和良性循环的生态体系建设等方面入手,探索出一条不同于其他国家国际金融中心建设经验的独特发展道路。在研究国家宏观战略的基础上,结合上海实际情况,提出当前和近几年的可操作的具体工作目标和工作抓手,力求每年工作有所推进和突破,以加快上海国际金融中心的建设。

From how to get a clear understanding of the opportunities and challenges in the building of Shanghai intemational financial center in current and future periods, how to make financial innovation play a key role, how to develop financial innovation, financial forwards, the design of forward products and cultivate the people and how to optimize the financial environment and ecological construction, this paper explores a unique path of developing the international financial center. On the basis of nation macro-strategy, combining the situation of Shanghai, the plans and work are proposed for the fast development of Shanghai international financial center.
