摘要
企业的成功更多地依赖于R&D的投入,依赖于技术的创新和使用。高科技企业,具有强烈的"以人为本"的色彩,其研发人员的比重较高,技术人才在报酬和产权方面具有较高的要求,且员工流动性强;如何挽留核心人才是高科技企业面临的首要问题。知识资本参与企业收益分配可以稳定研发队伍、吸引高技术人才。
The successes of an enterprise are based on the R&D investment, the innovation and the apply of technology. "Human-Oriented" is the characteristic of high-tech enterprises, in high-tech enterprises, the R&D personnel are in a high percentage and they have high requirement for the salary and property rights. How to keep the key talents is an important issue for the high-tech enterprises. To let knowledge capital participate in the profit distribution is a better way to keep the key talents and attract more high-tech talents to join in.
