精敏供应链及其战略实施
摘要
精益供应链和敏捷供应链是供应链发展的两种趋势。精益供应链和敏捷供应链既相互联系,又存在泾渭分明的区别。同时,在产品的生产方式、生命周期以及需求特性等方面也有不同的适用范围。针对不同的产品,企业应该选择与之相匹配的供应链管理模式。
