摘要 研究了偶联剂用量、填料用量及硫化温度对镀镍石墨/硅橡胶复合材料硫化特性的影响。结果表明:偶联剂A-151(双键)能与硫化剂DCBP反应,消耗体系的硫化剂,使材料的硫化程度降低;镀镍石墨填充的硅橡胶复合材料导电性能存在逾渗现象,增加填料用量有利于提高导电性能,但用量过多会严重影响橡胶的硫化程度。升高硫化温度可提高硫化剂反应活性,但也加速了交联键的断裂,两者竞争效应使硫化程度先升高再降低。 The effect of the amount of the coupling agent,the amount of the conductive filler and the curing temperature on the curing characteristics of the nickel-coated graphite/silicone rubber composite was investigated in this paper. The results indicated that the coupling agent A-151 containing double bond could react with crossing-linking agent DCBP, consumed the vulcanizer and decreased the cross-linking degree of the composite. Furthermore, the percolation threshold was observed in the nickel-coated graphite/silicone rubber composite. The electrical properties were improved with the increase of the conductive filler level. In addition, the curing properties became worse when the filler level was higher. When the curing temperature was increased, the cross-linking agent was activated and the cross-linking bond of the composite broke up rapidly. The competition effect made the crosslinking degree raise at the beginning, and then decline.
