摘要
研究了炭黑对ACM胶料的硫化特性、硫化胶力学性能、耐油性能以及耐热老化性能的影响。结果表明,在TCY/S用量分别为1.5份/0.3份,炭黑N220/N330用量分别为25份/25份时,ACM混炼胶具有较好的硫化特性,硫化胶具有较好的力学性能、耐油性能以及耐热老化性能。
The effect of carbon black on the curing characteristics, physical properties, oil resistance and heat-age stability of ACM/carbon black blend was investigated. The results showed that ACM/carbon black blend had good curing characteristics, and the vulcanite had good physical properties, oil resistance and heat-age stability when TCY/S amount was 1.5 phr/0.3 phr, and SAF/HAF amount was 25 phr/25 phr.
