摘要
通过环氧树脂和丁腈橡胶的共混,制备出了环氧树脂改性丁腈橡胶硫化胶;考察了环氧树脂种类、用量以及反应性丁腈橡胶作增容剂对共混胶性能的影响。结果表明:使用环氧树脂E12可使丁腈橡胶的拉伸强度和撕裂强度明显提高;在此体系中加入端胺基液体丁腈橡胶后,撕裂强度和硬度进一步提高。硫化胶溶胀试验和红外分析结果表明:端胺基液体丁腈橡胶与环氧树脂发生了部分交联反应。
NBR vulcanizate modified by epoxy resin was prepared through blending NBR and epoxy resin The effect of the epoxy resin and level, the addition of amine-terminated butadiene acrylonitrile rubber (ATBN) on the properties of the blend were discussed. The results showed that the tensile strength and the tear strength of NBR/EPE12 blend were much higher than that of NBR, and the hardness and the tear strength of NBR/EPE12 blend were improved by adding in ATBN. FTIR results showed that ATBN reacted with epoxy resin and contributed to the increase of the hardness and the tear strength.
