抗氧剂LD对NR胶料热氧老化防护的研究

Study on the Thermal Oxidative Ageing of Natural Rubber Compound protected by LD Antioxidant

对比研究了抗氧剂LD与抗氧剂264，抗氧剂2246对NR胶料的硫化特性、自由状态下的热氧老化防护性能及耐水抽出性的影响。结果表明，抗氧剂LD对NR胶料硫化特性的影响与抗氧剂2246相近；对NR胶料的热氧老化防护和耐水抽出性接近于抗氧剂2246，而好于抗氧剂264。从性能价格比来说，抗氧剂LD具有很好的应用价值。在NR胶料中抗氧剂LD用量以1～2份为宜。

The influences of LD antioxidant,264 antioxidant and 2246 antioxidant on the vulcanizing characteristics, thermal oxidative ageing stability under free condition, and water extraction resistance of NR compound were investigated. The results showed that the influence of LD antioxidant on the vulcanizing characteristics of NR compound was equivalent to 2246 antioxidant. The thermal oxidative ageing stability of LD antioxidant and its water extraction resistance were similar to 2246 antioxidant,and superior to 264 antioxidant. The LD antioxidant had high application value from the ratio of performance and price. The optimum loading of LD antioxidant was 1-2 phr in NR compound.
