油田抽汲胶筒的研制

Development of the Sucking Rubber Bobbin used in Oil Well

主要针对井下液面较低时美国胶筒密封唇口不能充分打开,使液体泄漏、影响采集数据真实性的问题,研究并试制了一种新型抽汲胶筒,确定了制品配方和生产工艺,并介绍了模具结构和制造方法。结果表明,新型抽汲胶筒的使用性能和使用寿命均满足要求,可完全取代美国胶筒。

A new sucking rubber bobbin was researched and developed, mainly aiming at the real problem of the sucking datas influencing of the sealing edge of the rubber bobbin could not substantially expend to make oil to let out when oil level was low in oil well, and both the product formula and the production process were determined, and both the mold structure and the manufacture method were all introduced. The results showed that both the useful performance and the useful life could meet fully requirements, and the product could fully take place of USA rubber bobbin.
