摘要
研究了预处理聚酯短纤维用量、取向对其增强胎面胶混炼特性及物理机械性能的影响。结果表明,随着短纤维用量的增加,混炼过程中的最大功率、单位能耗和排胶温度均提高,炭黑分散度降低,胶料的门尼粘度增大,流动性变差;加入适量的短纤维有利于提高胶料的物理机械性能;短纤维在胶料中沿不同方向取向后,胶料的物理机械性能出现了明显的各向异性现象。
The influences of the amount and orientation of pretreatment polyester short fiber on the physical properties of the reinforced tread and it's mixing characteristics were investigated. The results showed that the maximum power, energy consumption per unit and dump temperature were all increased with the increase of the level of short fiber during the mixing process, the carbon black dispersion degree was lowed, and the mooney viscosity was increased, and the flowability and the mixing characteristic became poor. It was contributive to enhance the physical properties of the vulcanite by adding in the suitable level of polyester short fiber. The physical properties of the compound appeared obsviously to be anisotropic as the short fiber was oriented at different orientation.
