Study on the Static Rigidity of Damper Rubber Product tested with Computer controlled Amsler tupe tester

介绍了用微机控制电子万能试验机测试橡胶减振器静态压缩刚度和静态扭转(摆动)刚度的试验程序和方法,采用专用试验程序软件和工装夹具进行试验,使得扭转力矩(M)和扭转角α的测试和计算过程更为简便。使用微机控制的试验程序自动得出试验结果,大大提高了检测效率。

Both the test program and the test method of the static rigidity （including the static compression rigidity and the static torsional rigidity） of damper rubber product tested with computer controlled amsler tupe tester were introduced. The testing-calculating process of both the torque and the torsional angle became more simple by using the test program software and the commercial installation clamp. The test results were automaticly showed by using the test program controlled computer, and the testing efficiency was greatly increased.
