卵巢癌患者手术治疗前后血清E-cad,SICAM-I,L-Selectin和VEGF检测的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Measurements of Changes of Serum E-cad,SICAM-I,L-Selectin and VEGF Levels After Operation in Patients with Ovarian Cancer

目的:探讨了卵巢癌患者手术治疗前后血清上皮钙黏蛋白(E-cad)、可溶性细胞黏附分子-I(SI-CAM-I)、L-选择素(L-Selectin)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的变化。方法:采用双抗体夹心法(ELISA)对31例卵巢癌患者进行了治疗前后血清E-cad、SICAM-I、L-Selectin和VEGF水平测定,并以35名正常健康人作比较。结果:手术前血清E-cad、SICAM-I、L-Selectin和VEGF水平均非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),手术后6个月,复发者血清E-cad、SICAM-I、L-Selectin和VEGF水平持续异常,未复发者血清E-cad、SICAM-I、L-Selectin和VEGF水平恢复正常。结论:观察卵巢癌患者血清E-cad、SICAM-I、L-Selectin和VEGF水平的变化与卵巢癌的病情和预后密切相关。

Objective To study the changes of serum E - cad, SICAM - I, L - Selectin and VEGF levels after operation in pa- tients with ovarian cancer. Methods Serum E - cad, SICAM - I, L - Selecfin and VEGF levels were measured with ELISA in 31 patients with ovarian cancer both before and after operation as well as in 35 controls. Results Before operation, the serum E - cad, SI- CAM - I, L - Selectin and VEGF levels in the patients were significantly higher than those in th controls （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Six months after operation, patients without recurrence （ n = 23） had their E - cad, SICAN, L - Selecfin and VEGF levels returned to normal but in the patients with returrences the levels were about the same as those before operation. Conclusion The changes of serum E - cad, SICAM - I, L - Selectin and VEGF levels in patients with ovarian cancer were closely related to the progress of diseases and could be of prognostic value.
