摘要
通过对桁架机械手进行结构分析,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了其参数化有限元模型,对整机进行了静力分析、模态分析和频响应特性分析,得出了整机的前6阶固有频率和相应振型,指出了桁架机械手结构设计的薄弱环节。结果表明,应用ANSYS可较精确地分析机械手的动力特性,为改进和完善设计提供理论依据,从而使机械手具有良好的动态特性。
The paper established the 3D finite element model of the gantry robot in ANSYS. The static analysis, modal analysis and harmonic response analysis were performed on the gantry robot. The first six natural frequencies and vibration models of the gantry robot were obtained. The frail parts that impact the dynamics of the gantry robot had been pointed out. The results show that simulation is relatively reliable for engineering analysis. The means of improving structure design of gantry robot are provided by the analysis method.
