摘要
介绍了SolidEdge二次开发的原理和方法,分析比较了两种不同方法各自的优缺点,给出了Solid-Edge二次开发的系统集成方法。以模具标准件为例,详细说明了使用VisualBasic在SolidEdge上开发模具标准件库的基本步骤和程序设计的框架,并给出了主要的程序代码。目前软件已覆盖了冲压模具和塑料模具中常用的共十四类标准件,使用情况较好。该软件的应用表明采用这种方法在进行模具设计时可以大幅度提高设计效率,降低设计成本。
The principle and method of user-defined development on SolidEdge were given. The merit and demerit of two ways were analyzed and compared. The method of system integration was introduced. Die standard-pans was taken as an example, the basic steps and programming framework of developing die standardparts library based on VisualBasic and SolidEdge were introduced in detail, meantime, the main code was given. The software includes the fourteen kinds of standard-parts of press die and plastic mould. When the software is used, the efficiency of die design will be improved and the cost will be reduced.
