摘要
为了满足DNC系统和车间生产管理的信息需求,依据单一数据源思想,通过对车间信息的统一组织,建立了单一数据源信息模型,以此为基础构建了广义DNC系统。对DNC系统体系结构、单一数据源信息模型、广义DNC系统硬件体系结构等关键技术进行了研究。最后开发了原型系统,实现了以广义DNC系统为基础车间生产和信息管理,并为进一步构建网络化的车间生产管理系统打下了基础。通过实际应用验证了此系统的可行性。
In order to meet the a single data source data model information requirement of DNC system and production management of shop, was established by unifying data of shop and using the idea of the single data source. Furthermore a generalized DNC system was established. The key technologies including the framework of generalized DNC system, the single data source data model and hardware framework of DNC system were researched. Finally, a prototype System was designed, production and information management in shop was realized based on the generalized DNC system, and the foundation for networking production management of shop was set up. Feasibility of the developed system was proved by application case,
