摘要
文章基于用盘状刀具加工螺旋槽的理论设计模型,确立了有效机床设置的准则,并导出了相关的数学模型。在研究过程中,用刀具和工件的接触弧长表示刀具的磨损程度,并将此弧长沿刀具宽度方向的变化量最大值作为目标函数,来优化机床设置使其最小,从而使刀具沿其宽度方向上的不均匀磨损降到最低值。在有效机床设置搜索过程中,分别采用了网格搜索和GRG两种方法来优化目标函数,并将此两种方法集成于现有的螺旋槽设计软件之中,取得了较好的效果。
Based on the analytical design model of the disc-typecutter for helical groove macnmmg, the criteria for valid machine setup were developed and corresponding mathematical model was established in this paper. The contact arc length between the cutter and the workpiece was used to characterize the wear of the cutter. The optimal machine setup model was developed to minimize the relative maximum variation of the contact arc length along cutter profile, which means the maximum variation of wear of the cutter along cutter profile can be minimized. Two methods, grid search and GRG, were employed to search the optimal solution. Both of them are integrated to the helical groove designing software and have good performance.
