摘要
DNC是实现制造信息集成的一种典型形式。为了适应管理层、技术层对车间实时信息的需要,文章首先研究了基于DNC的制造信息集成模型,并在分析制造信息流的基础上设计了面向以太网的车间网络结构和信息交换方式,提出了一种数控设备信息采集方法。最后通过制造信息集成系统的软件实现,证明了该模型和网络结构的有效性。
DNC is a typical way of integrating manufacturing information. In order to provide information for managers and technicians, this paper firstly researches on manufacturing information integration model based on DNC, and then designs the architecture of the workshop network and the mode of information exchange through Ethernet on analysis of manufacturing information stream. It also presents a method of information acquisition from NC machine. Finally, the validity of the model and network is verified by implementation of the manufacturing information integration system.
