90例老年性耳聋脑干听觉诱发电位检测分析

ANALYSIS OF BRAINSTEM AUDITORY EVOKED POTENTIAL IN 90 PATIENTS WITH DEAFNESS IN AGED PEOPLE

目的:探讨老年性耳聋患者脑干听觉诱发电位改变特征,为临床研究和早期防治提供依据。方法:对90例老年性耳聋患者采用美国产VIKINGQUEST型肌电/诱发电位仪进行检测。结果:90例脑干听觉诱发电位异常率100%,主要表现在仅V波可见39只耳,Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波未引出6只耳,Ⅰ波缺失2只耳,Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波分化差34只耳,I波峰潜伏期延长56只耳,Ⅰ～Ⅴ峰间期延长15只耳,Ⅰ～Ⅲ峰间期延长7只耳,Ⅲ～Ⅴ/Ⅰ～Ⅲ>121只耳,两耳间波峰潜伏期与峰间期之差大于0.3ms10只耳。结论:老年性耳聋患者不仅有耳蜗功能的损害,也可有蜗后的病变。

Objective： To explore the features of brainstem auditory evoked potential （BAEP） in deafness of aged people. It would provide the basis for the clinical study and treatment. Methods： BAEP were examined in 90 patients with deafness in aged people. Results： The abnormal rate was 100%. Wave Ⅰ disappeared in 2 ears; wave Ⅰ and wave Ⅲ disappeared in 39 ears; wave Ⅰ , and wave Ⅲ and wave Ⅴ disappeared in 6 ears. The undifferentiated wave were recorded in 34 ears. The latency of wave Ⅰ were delayed in 56 ears. The inter- peak latency of wave Ⅰ- Ⅴ were delayed in 15 ears, wave Ⅰ- Ⅲwere delayed in 7 ears. Ⅲ -Ⅴ/Ⅰ - Ⅲ〉 1 were 21 ears. The difference of latency and the inter - peak latency more than 0. 3ms between two ears in 10 ears. Conclusion： It suggests the patients with deafness have cochlewr functional damage and diseases after cohlea.
