Village Tourism Development and the Ways of Resources Exploitation of Cultural Relics and Historic Sites

尽管实践中文物古迹旅游资源的开发方式有许多种,但相对而言,影响大和应用广的却属"一步到位开发方式"和"分步到位开发方式"这两种具体模式。一般说来,对于那些能够一步到位开发的景区,采取一步到位的开发方式相对于分步到位的开发方式更有利于文物古迹资源的保护和有效地利用;而对于那些因技术或资金等方面的原因无法满足对整个文物古迹资源进行旅游开发和保护的,采取分步开发的运作方式更是一种明智的选择。

There are many exploitation ways of cultural relics and historic sites resources in practice.However,comparatively speaking,two specific modes,such as ＂one step to the position＂ and ＂step by step＂,are widely used and more influential.Generally speaking,＂one step to the position＂ development mode is much better for the protection and effective exploitation of the cultural relics and historic sites;while it is wise to adopt the ＂step by step＂ exploitation mode for the scenic spots which can not make a full development and protection of the whole cultural relics and historic sites because of shortage of funds and techniques.
