摘要
人才流动是一个十分复杂的现象,随着社会的发展人才流动在研究领域中倍受关注。本文综述了国内外有关该主题的理论与实证研究现状,探讨了各家理论的意义与研究特点,并在此基础上进行了基本评价,提出了未来研究的努力方向。
The flow of talent is a very complex phenomenon,and with the social development the research of talent flow has drawn greater attention.This paper reviews the theory on the theoretical and empirical study,and discusses the significance of the various theories and characteristics of the research both at home and abroad.Then it gives a basic evaluation and sets out the future researching direction.
