Globalization of Law and Its Relationship with Sovereignty

随着经济和科技全球化进程的加快,法律全球化也悄然兴起。然而,不少学者认为法律全球化是乌托邦。本文从法律全球化的内涵、存在原因和实践表现等角度出发,探讨法律全球化的客观存在性,同时,通过探讨法律全球化与国家主权的关系来分析法律全球化是否会弱化国家主权这一问题。

Along with the globalization of economy and technology,globalization of law is taking place as well.However,some scholars argue that globalization of law is unrealistic.Thus,this thesis discusses the objective existence of globalization of law from its definition,reasons and practice.Moreover,the relationship between globalization of law and sovereignty is concerned as well to give the answer on whether globalization of law would weaken a nation’s sovereignty.
