甘草泻心汤对复发性阿弗他溃疡患者血清NO及NOS的影响

Change of NO and NOS in patients with RAU by herb

目的观察中药甘草泻心汤对复发性阿弗他溃疡患者血清NO及NOS的影响。方法检测31例患者治疗前后血清NO及NOS水平变化,并与30例健康对照者进行比较。结果中药治疗后,NO及NOS水平与治疗前相比有显著性差异,与健康对照组比较无明显差异。结论中药甘草泻心汤能改善RAU患者血清NO及NOS水平。

Objective To investigate the change of NO and NOS in patients with tLAU by herb. Methods NO and NOS were measured in 31 patients with RAU before and after treatment, and they were measured in control group （30 health） too. Results After treatment, NO and NOS decreased obviously. Conclusion Herb can adjust the disorder of NO and NOS of the patients with RAU.
