摘要
目的探讨三甲基氯化锡(TMT)对大鼠、小鼠和兔的急性毒性及其对血清钾、钠和氯等离子的影响。方法采用霍恩法测定TMT在大鼠、小鼠和兔的腹腔注射和经口途径LD50的染毒剂量,同时对染毒后的大鼠、小鼠和兔进行血清学离子(钾、钠、氯)分析。结果TMT的雌雄大鼠经口途径LD50均为14.7 mg/kg,雌性小鼠的腹腔注射LD50为3.16mg/kg,经口LD50为4.64 mg/kg,雄性小鼠腹腔注射LD50为3.83 mg/kg,经口LD50为3.16 mg/kg,雌性兔腹腔注射LD50为3.16 mg/kg,经口为2.61 mg/kg,雄性兔腹腔注射LD50为2.61 mg/kg,经口为3.16 mg/kg。通过对染毒组大鼠、小鼠和兔的血清进行离子分析,与对照组进行比较发现血清钾有明显的下降,血钠和血氯变化不明显。结论TMT对不同种属动物的急性毒性不同,但均可引起血钾下降。
Objective To measure the acute toxicities of trimethytin chloride (TMT) in rats, mice and rabbits, and to test the effect of TMT on serum ions of potassium, sodium and chloride. Methods Rats, mice and rabbits were treated with TMT by peritoneal injection and by garage to measure the acute toxicities ( LD50 ) in these animals. Serum ions of potassium, sodium and chloride were also tested with electrolyte analyzer. Results LD50 in the animals were 14. 7 mg/kg( female and male rats, oral) , 3.16 mg/kg (female mice, ip), 4. 64 mg/kg (female mice, oral), 3.83 mg/kg (male mice, ip), 3. 16 mg/kg (male mice, oral), 3. 16 mg/kg(female rabbits, ip), 2. 15 mg/kg (female rabbits, oral), 2. 61 mg/kg(male rabbits, ip), and 3.16 mg/ kg (male rabbits, oral). Ion levels in serum indicated that potassium was significantly decreased, but sodium and chloride did not change obviously. Conclusion TMT has different acute toxicities in some kinds of animals, and it can induce the hypokalemia in tested animals.
