摘要
为观察胰岛素样生长因子_1(IGF_1)对糖尿病大鼠物质代谢及肾脏的影响,给正常和链脲佐霉素(STZ)糖尿病大鼠口服或腹腔注射牛初乳短链IGF_1(truncatedIGF_1)达32天。结果表明:①牛初乳短链IGF_1对正常鼠的血糖无影响,但可使糖尿病鼠的血糖显著下降;②口服短链IGF_1后糖尿病大鼠血清胆固醇和甘油三酯均显著降低,而腹腔注射短链IGF_1对甘油三酯的影响大于胆固醇;③糖尿病大鼠口服或注射短链IGF_1后血清IGF_1水平明显升高;腹腔注射组GH水平和口服组的胰岛素水平显著降低;④对正常及糖尿病大鼠的肾脏无不良影响,对其还有保护作用。提示:牛初乳短链IGF_1具有降糖、降脂、改善物质代谢的作用。
To observe its hypoglycemic effect and relation to diabetic nephropathy, normal and streptozotocin_induced diabetic rats were fed or injected intraperitoneally with the bovine colostrum truncated IGF_1 for 32 days. The results showed that: (1)the bovine colostrum truncated IGF_1 had obvious hypoglycemic effect in diabetic rats, but had no effect in normal rats; (2)it could decrease serum triglyceride and cholesterol levels in diabetic rats and intraperitoneal administration yieldo more effect on triglyceride than on cholesterol; (3)serum IGF_1 enhanced markedly after its administration in diabetic rats and the growth hormone level in the group subjected to intraperitoneal administration and the insulin level in the group subjected to oral administration declined significantly; (4)no pathological changes of the kidney could be observed both in diabetic and normal rats. It is concluded that: (1)the bovine colostrum truncated IGF_1 has potent hypoglycemic and hypolipidic effects and can improve metabolism; (2)it also exerts a protective effect on kidney of diabetic rats.
