摘要
设计了一种新型移相驱动器,它在常规移相驱动器的基础上集成了D/A转换器、积分器、比较器等多种电路。该电路具有功耗低(≤5mA),驱动能力强(驱动电流≥±30mA),可靠性高等优点,符合移相驱动器高精度、高集成度、小型化的发展方向。
A novel phase shift driver was designed, into which D/A converter, integrator and comparator were incorporated. The circuit had advantages of low power （≤5 mA）, high driving capability （drive current≥± 30 mA）, and high reliability, which is in accordance with the development trend of phase shift driver towards high accuracy, high integration density and small size.
