穿透性角膜移植联合手术的临床观察

Clinical observation in combined operation of penetrating keratoplasty

本文报道１６例穿透性角膜移植联合手术，随访５—３６个月。并与同期施行的术前病情相近的１４例单纯性穿透性角膜移植术进行分组比较，植片透明率联合手术组为５６．３％，对照组为５７．１％；两组排斥反应发生率分别为６２．５％及５７．１％。两组均无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。表明穿透性角膜移植联合手术是可行的。

16 cases treated by combined operation of penetrating keratoplasty were reported.14 cases treated by simple penetrating keratoplasty were selected at random as the control group.All cases were followed up from 5 to 36 months.The results that 56 3% of the grafts were transparent in the group treat by combined operation,whereas that 57 1% in the control group;that the graft rejection rate in the former group was 62 5%,whereas that 57 1% in the control group;showed no significant difference(P>0 05),The results showed that the combined operation of penetrating keratoplasty was effective.
