高效液相色谱法测定水杨酰胺的含量

Determination of Salicylamide by HPLC

目的建立水杨酰胺含量测定的HPLC分析方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以Hypersil BDS C1(8200mm×4.60mm,5μm)为分析柱,以甲醇-冰醋酸溶液(0.5→100)(35∶65)为流动相;检测波长为302nm;流速1.0ml/min;柱温为40℃。结果水杨酰胺在0.0205～0.1536mg/ml浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,精密度的RSD为0.12%(n=5)。结论该方法简单、快速、准确,专属性好,可用于水杨酰胺的质量控制。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the content of salicylamide. Methods The separation was performed on a Hypersil BDS C18 column with methanol-glacial acetic acid solution（ 0.5→100 ）（35：65） as the mobile phase, and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, the column temperature was 40℃, and the detection wavelength was at 302 nm, Results The linear range of calibration was 0.0205-0.1536 mg/ml, RSD was 0.12% （n=5）. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate, and reproducible. The proposed HPLC method can be used for the quality control of salicylamide.
