HPLC法测定小儿健胃糖浆中芍药苷的含量

Determination of Paeoniflorin in Xiao'er Jianwei Syrup by HPLC

目的采用高效液相法测定小儿健胃糖浆中白芍和牡丹皮中的芍药苷含量。方法色谱柱为Alltech Apollo C18;流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(16︰84);检测波长230nm。结果芍药苷进样量为0.0970～2.0362μg内有良好线性关系(r=0.99996,n=5),平均回收率为100.4%,RSD=1.95%。结论本方法灵敏度高,分离效果、重复性好,可作为小儿健胃糖浆含量测定的方法。

Objective To determine the content of paeoniflorin in Xiao＇er jianwei Syrup by HPLC. Methods The Alltech Apollo C18 chromatographic column was used. The acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid （16□84） was used as mobile phase. The UV detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.0970-2.0362 ug. The average recovery rate was 100.44%, and RSD was 1.95%. Conclusion This method had high-sensitivity, good separate result and good repeatability. It can be the determination method of Xiao ＇er jianwei Syrup.
