摘要
儿童型肺母细胞瘤（pleuropulmonary blastoma）是小儿罕见的肺部和胸膜侵袭性胚胎源性肿瘤，其发病率仅占肺部恶性肿瘤的0．25％～0．50％，最常发生于5～6岁以下的儿童，儿童平均发病年龄3．2岁。其表现为胸腔内巨大的新生物，常与胸腔积液相伴，但并不累及胸膜，部分病例可以发生气胸。现将我院收治的1例该病患儿结合文献复习报道如下。
