参芪泽苓汤治疗肝硬化腹水38例疗效观察

Treating 38 Cases of Ascitic Fluid Due to Hepatocirrhosis with Shen Qi Ze Ling Tang

采用参芪泽苓汤（党参、丹参、生黄芪、茯苓皮、泽兰、桑白皮、大腹皮、菟丝子、炒白术、莲子、鳖甲、葶房子、牵牛子）治疗肝硬化腹水38例，结果痊愈20例，占52.63％，有效15例，占39．47％，无效3例，占7.89％，总有效率为92．11％。

38 cases of ascitlc fluid due to hepatocirrhosis treated with Shen Qi Ze Ling Tang (ingredient:pilose asiabell root, red sage root, astragalus root, poria peel, Herba Lycopi, mulberry bark, shell of areca nut, dodder seed, white atractylodes rhizome, lotus seed, fresh - water turtle shell, lepidium seed, morning glory seed ). The results showed that cure was 20 cases, improvement was 15 cases, inaction was 3 cases, a total effective rate was 92. 11 %.
