可见与紫外光度法测定沙棘叶中总黄酮的比较 被引量:8

摘要 对可见与紫外分光光度法测定沙棘叶中总黄酮的方法进行了比较。可见分光光度法以芦丁为标准品,硝酸铝作显色剂,在510 nm波长下测定;紫外分光光度法以芦丁为标准品,在358 nm波长下测定。结果表明:紫外分光光度法测定沙棘叶中总黄酮相对简便快速,是一种较理想的测定方法。 The results of Vis spectrophotometry and UV spectrophotometry in determining the total flavone of seabuekthorn leaves were compared. In Vis spectrophotometry, the test was done at the wave length of 510 nm, and rutin was selected as standard and aluminium nitrate as chromogenic agent. In UV spectrophotometry, the used wave length was 358 nm, and rutin was selected as standard. The results indicated that the method of UV spectrophotometry is comparatively simple and fast. It can be a practical and feasible method for determining the total flavone in seabuckthorn leaves.
