摘要
考虑到碰摩会造成转子瞬时转速波动的实际情况,对已广泛应用的弹性模型进行了改进,建立了考虑转子瞬时转速波动的转子碰摩仿真模型。利用该模型仿真计算了不同转速下轴心轨迹和瞬时转速波形、频谱,发现在碰摩严重程度不同的情况下,转子瞬时转速有着明显的规律性变化。
The current simulation models of rub-impact between rotor and stator were used to calculate rotor vibration commonly, and no signal related to rub-impact except rotor vibration was studied. Considering that rub-impact might influence rotor transient speed, the widely-used flexibility model was improved. The simulation model of rub-impact between rotor and stator was established with regard to rotor transient speed fluctuating. With the model, the locus of journal center and rotor transient speed were calculated under different mean rotate speed, and the rotor transient speed was found to have obvious regularity variance at different degrees of rub-impact.
