中西医结合治疗36例股骨颈骨折

Treating 36 Cases of Fracture of Neck of Femur by Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine

中西医结合治疗36例股骨颈骨折，在手法复位，早期手术内固定的基础上，运用中医理论，分阶段辨证论治，初期清热解毒、化瘀消肿，中期养血和营、通络续骨，后期补肝肾、养血气调理，指导动静结合的功能锻炼，促进股骨颈骨折愈合，无1例发生股骨头缺血性坏死及不愈合。

30 cases of fracture of neck of femur were treated by integrated traditional and western medicine. on the basis of manual reduction and internal fixation of operation in early stage, these patients were treated by clearlng away heat and toxic materlal ) removlng blood stasls and rellevlng swelling in lnltial stage, by nourishing the blood and regulating the nutrient system, removing obstruction in the channels and promoting reunion of fractured bones in metaphase l by tonifying the liver and the kidney, nourishing qi and the blood,training by association of activity and inertia in anaphase. The results showed that all of patients were union, nobody suffered from ischemic necrosis of femoral head
