Problems and Countermeasures Existed in the Vocational Guidance in Technical Institutes

分析了高职院校就业指导工作的现状与问题,从提高认识、更新观念,建立完善就业服务体系,加强就业指导队伍建设,改进就业指导方法,深入调查研究等方面进行了探讨。

This paper analyzes the actuality and problems of vocational guidance work in technical institutes and discusses some measures to the problems, that is, from strengthening cognition to renovating concept, from establishing an integrated employment service system to enhancing employment procession construction, from ameliorating vocational guidance methods to making a thorough investigation etc.
