绿色贸易壁垒是一种在国际贸易中采取的严格的环境保护措施。这种隐蔽性强、透明度低、不易预测的绿色贸易壁垒给发展中国家尤其是我国的对外贸易造成了很大的障碍。本文对绿色贸易壁垒的非正当性进行了法律层面解读,并根据我国的现状提出了应对绿色贸易壁垒的对策。

The green trade barrier is the strict environmental protection measure in the international trade. This barrier with strong elusiveness, low transparency and unpredictability has become the very big barrier for developing nations＇ foreign trade, particularly for China＇s foreign trade. This article has and analyzed the invalidity of the green trade barrier form perspective of international law, and proposed countermeasures according to China＇s current situation.
