恐怖主义已成为威胁当今世界和平与安全的国际公害,对中国国家安全战略产生重要影响,它加深了中国对国际安全形势和国家安全环境的战略认知,促进了以新安全观为核心的综合安全战略调整,更加注重恐怖主义等非传统安全因素,探索新的安全合作模式,积极参与国际合作反恐。

Terrorism has become an international hazard that threatens the peace and security of the world. At the same time, it has an effect on the national security strategy of China. Under the pressure of terrorism, China deepens the strategic understanding of international security situation and national security environment and accelerates the adjustment of comprehensive security strategy centered round the new conception of security. Additionally, because of terrorism, China is paying more attention to some nontraditional security factors such as terrorism, probing some new security cooperation ways and taking a more active part in international cooperative anti-terrorism activities.
