On the Characteristic and Practical Significance of the on-post Teaching Practice

摘要 近年来,国内一些师范院校探索实施了顶岗实习支教工程,即组织师范类本科高年级学生,在修完基本的教师技能训练课程,达到中学教师上岗基本要求并经过培训后,由指导教师带队到农村基础薄弱的中学进行为期6个月的"全职"教师岗位锻炼。以河北师范大学为例,从思想基础、特征、成效和完善思路等四方面论述了顶岗实习支教是高水平大学建设的一项实践工程。 In recent years, some normal universities have explored and practiced the on-post teaching practice. High-grade students in normal university serve as full-time teachers in the middle schools for six months after they have studied the skills through training practice and obtained the basic quality of middle school teachers. In this paper, on-post teaching practice is discussed from four aspects: ideological basis, characteristic, the result and thought for improvement.
