急性阑尾炎的临床分析及疗效价值的研究

Clinical analysis about patients with acute appendicitis of curative effect

目的探讨急性阑尾炎患者的症状、体征特点。方法总结分析医院2005年1月～2007年12月收治的有完整资料的116例急性阑尾炎患者的临床表现。结果腹痛是急性阑尾炎的主要表现，单纯型阑尾炎、化脓性阑尾炎、老年患者阑尾炎及腹膜外位阑尾炎的临床表现各具特点。结论急性阑尾炎临床表现多样，腹痛和胃肠道症状仍是阑尾炎诊断首先要抓住的要点，老年人及腹膜外位阑尾炎症状体征常不典型。外科医生应从了解病史、体格检查入手，早期诊断，早期治疗。

Objective To explore the clinical symptoms and signs of acute appendicitis. Methods Theclinical records of 116 patients with acute appendicitis in our department in the past 3years were rewiewedand analyzed. Results Bellyache is the main clinical symptoms. The different kind of acute appendicitishas its own clinical demenstratiOIiS. Conclusion Acute appendicitis is a common disease in surgery, It isimportant to make early diagnosis to control the pathological process and decrease the postoperative complica-tion.
