曲马多对腰硬联合麻醉下剖宫产产妇寒战的疗效观察

摘要 目的观察曲马多对腰硬联合麻醉下剖宫产产妇寒战治疗的效果。方法选择在腰硬联合麻醉下剖宫产出现寒战的产妇60例,随机分为3组,每组20例:A组静注曲马多1mg/kg;B组静注咪达唑仑0.05mg/kg;C组静注生理盐水5ml为对照。术中监测HR、NBP、ECG、SPO2。结果治疗有效率A组为95%,B组为60%,C组为10%,A组明显高于B组和C组(P〈0.01、P〈0.05),B组高于C组(P〈0.05)。A组产妇恶心、呕吐1例,B组恶心1例,C组没有恶心、呕吐病例。结论1mg/kg曲马多可有效治疗腰硬联合麻醉下剖宫产产妇寒战,与咪达唑仑0.05mg/kg相比效果更佳。 Objective To observe the curative effect of tramadol on chill in puerperant undergoing caesarean section with combined spinal and epidural anesthesia(CSEA).Methods Sixty puerperants with chill randomly were divided into three groups. There are twenty cases each group. A group patients were injected img/kg tramadol via vein. B group were injected 0. 05mg/kg imidazole. C group were injected 5ml physiological brine. Heart rate(HR), blood pressure(BP), electrocardiogram(ECG), sphygmus oxygenic saturation(SPO2)were recorded when the patient was aperated. Result The in effect rate in A group was 95%. B group was 60%.C group was 10% .The in effect rate in A group is higher than B and C group (P〈0.01, P〈0. 05). B group is higher than C group. The puerperants in A group with nausea and vomit was one case. B group with nausea was one case. C group was none. Conclusion It is efficaious that Img/kg tramadol theat chill in the puerperant undergoing caesarean section with conbined spinal and epidural anesthesia, and better effect than 0. 05mg/kg imidazole.
