摘要
目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定白山片中苦参碱含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为氨基键合柱(200mm×4.6mm,10μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸溶液乙醇(100:8:10),检测波长为220nm,流速为1.0mL·min,枉温为30℃。结果:苦参碱工壹样量在0.27~8.66μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);平均加样回收率为99.52%,RSD=0.91%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于白山片的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Matrine in Baishan tablets. METHODS: The analytical column was Aminopropyl (200 mm×4.6 mm, 10 μm) with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile 0.5% phosphate solution - ethanol(100 : 8 : 10) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1. The column temperature was set at 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 220 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of Matrine was 0.27- 8.66 μg(r = 0.999 8) and the average recovery of Matrine was 99.52 % (RSD = 0.91%, n = 6) . CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and it is applicable for the quality control of Baishan tablets.
