Traceability of Special Test Equipments

专用测试设备直接参与型号产品测试或性能评定,其测试数据的准确可靠,直接影响型号产品的质量,影响型号试验的成功。如何管理专用测试设备,保证专用测试设备量值溯源到国家基准,一直是计量部门着力研究的课题。本文依据专用测试设备的特点,论述了专用测试设备在量值溯源链中的位置及作用,介绍了常用的校准方法,并结合实际工作提出了规范测试方法和统一标准规范等建议。

Special test equipments play an important role in performance test and evaluation of military products. The quality of the products is greatly affected by the measurement data of the special test equipments. And the accuracy of measurement of the special test equipments is an important factor in product test. This paper discusses the importance of the equipments in calibration traceability chain, introduces normal calibration methods, and proposes some suggestions about standardizing test methods and unitizing criterions.
