摘要
目的调查并分析惠州市综合医院医生生存质量。方法根据WHOQOL—BRIEF量表设计调查问卷，发放250份问卷，回收问卷，建立数据库，统计分析。结果医生生存质量各领域得分均低。结论医疗体系、医患关系、工作性质及经济收入导致医生生存质量低下。
Objective To Investigate and analyse of Huizhou City General Hospital doctor quality of life. Menthods According WHOQOL-scale design of the questionnaire BRIEF, 250 questionnaires were issued, recall questionnaire, the establishment of a database, statistical analysis. Results Doctors can not be optimistic about the quality of life. Conclusion The medical system, physician-patient relationship, type of job and economic income lead to the poor living standard of doctors.
