单口双腔结肠造口临床应用研究

目的研究应用一种简捷的结肠暂时性结肠造口。方法行单口双腔结肠造口。结果本研究组病例9例，先后行一期结肠造口及二期结肠造口关闭术，过程顺利，术后恢复好，未发现手术相关并发症。结论单口双腔结肠造口手术方式简捷有效，有进一步研究、临床应用价值。

Objective The aim of this study was to explore the efectts of a tenporery colostony. Methods Operstion method of single fistalation with bilocularis of colon was used .Results 9 patients that were taken up colostomy and closed operation of colonic fistua succestively were enrolled into this study and that complictions did not occurred in. Conclusion Operstion method of single fistalation with bilocularis of colon was effective measures of fistulation and this Operstion method was uncomplicated and is of volue of clini.
