摘要
目的探讨舌根癌的手术治疗方法及其并发症防治。方法对7例舌根癌患者的手术方法，手术入路，术后创面缺损的修复与重建以及并发症防治进行回顾性分析。结果5例患者切口一期愈合，2例皮瓣部分坏死，所有患者逐步恢复了吞咽及语言功能，术后补充放疗未见局部复发。结论选择合适的术式和手术入路，是彻底切除肿瘤的前提，同时有助于减小并发症的产生；良好的修复方法对术后吞咽、语言功能的影响较小；术后补充放疗有助于局部病灶的控制。
Objective To explore the surgical methods and management for complications in carcinoma of the base of tongue. Methods 7 cases with cancer of the base of tongue, their surgical ways, surgical approach, repair and reconstruction of postoperative wound defect as well as management of complications were retrospectively analyzed. Results 5 patients with a healing incision without infection, two cases of flap partial necrosis, the function of swallowing and speech recovered gradually in all patients; added radiotherapy postoperatively, no local recurrence happened. Conclusion To choose a suitable method and surgical approach is the premise of complete tumor resection, at the same time help reduce the production of the complications;a better repair method after operation with fewer affection to swallowing and language function;added radiotherapy after operation contributes to the control of local lesions.
