复乐霜治疗皮炎湿疹的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of rule cream to cure dermatitis eczemal

目的观察复乐霜治疗皮炎湿疹的临床疗效，确定其临床应用价值。方法将400例皮炎湿疹病例随机分成治疗组和对照组，治疗组200例，对照组200例，治疗组予复乐霜治疗，每天早晚各1次，外搽患处；对照组用哈西奈德乳膏外用，用法与治疗组相同，两组疗程均为3周。结果治疗组：痊愈135例（67．5％），显效30例（15％），好转18例（9％），无效17例（8．5％），有效率91．5％；对照组：痊愈123例（61．5％），显效21例（10．5％），好转27例（13．5％），无效29例（14．5％），有效率85．5％，两组有效率比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论复乐霜治疗皮炎湿疹效果好，起效快，安全性良好。

Objective to observe clinical effect of Fule cream to cure dermatitis eczemal, determine its clinical application value. Methods 400 cases of dermatitis eczemal were randomly separated to curative group and control group, curative group has 200 cases and control group has 200 cases. The curative group was given Fule cream externally used one time every morning and evening. The control group way was given halcinonide cream externally used. The application was the same as the curative gnup. Curative period of two group were three weeks. Results Curative group, 135（67.5%） cases recovery, 30（15%） cases dominant effect, 18（9%）cases improvement, 17（8.5%） cases inefficient. The effective rate was91.5%.Control group. 123（61.5%）cases recovery, 21（10. 5%） cases dominant effect, 27（13.5%） cases improvement, 29（14.5%） ineffect. The effective rate was 85.5%. Compared two groups＇ effective rate, there was signifiart difference （P〈0.01）.Conclusions Fule cream cure dermatitis eczemal recovering has good effect, quick action and favorable safety.
