目的为进一步完善国家对执业药师协会及其它非营利组织的管理提供参考。方法分析执业药师协会可能出现的问题，阐述用强制性信息披露制度防范的方法。结果与结论信息披露制度是防止执业药师协会及其它非营利组织出现低效益、低效率、中饱私囊和决策高风险的有效措施之一。

Objective To provide references for the improvement management for the licensed pharmacists associations and other nonprofit organizations in China. Methods To analyze the problem may be arise in the licensed pharmacists associations in China, expound the method of the disclosure of information system. Results and Conclusions The system of information publication is one of the effective ways for guarding against the problem such as low effectiveness, low efficiency, fills in the private pocket and high risk decision.
